Grilling delicious, perfectly cooked meat can sometimes feel like an art. With the SONOFF BBQ Meat Thermometer, it’s easier than ever to master. This guide will walk you through how to use your BBQ meat thermometer for the best tastes, along with tips, temperature references, and answers to common questions.

Installation & Demo
Step 1: Inserting the Probe Correctly
To get accurate temperature readings, proper probe placement is crucial:
Insert the metal probe into the thickest part of the meat, avoiding bones or fatty areas. This ensures the temperature reflects the core of the meat, not the surface or less dense sections.
For thinner cuts like chicken breasts or fish fillets, angle the probe diagonally for a better reading.

Step 2: Setting Your Target Temperature
The SONOFF BBQ Meat Thermometer allows you to customize your target temperature:
Use the app to select a pre-set temperature for specific meats (e.g., medium-rare steak or fully-cooked turkey and more).
Alternatively, manually set your desired target temperature based on personal preferences. You can even set temperature ranges for foods that need to be grilled consistently.
Once the target is set, the thermometer will monitor the temperature in real-time and send an alert when your food reaches the ideal temperature. No more guesswork—just perfectly cooked meals!
There are preset temp. for different meats in the App for reference.

Step 3: Monitoring with the App
The app offers a seamless grilling experience:
Real-Time Temperature Tracking: Watch as the temperature climbs in the app, displayed in an easy-to-read chart.
Alerts and Notifications: Get notified the moment your food reaches the set temperature, so you never overcook again.
Unit Conversion: Quickly switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit depending on your preference.
